I'm Łukasz Warchoł — I build reliable and thoughtful digital solutions.
For over eight years, I've been building web applications and backend tools. I'm self-taught — I began programming in technical high school and gained my first professional experience by working as a freelancer. I created websites and web apps for clients across various industries, learning how to connect business needs with technology along the way.
Over time, I joined larger teams, where I grew as a frontend developer and later as a Tech Lead. Today, I work at PayPo, where I design application architecture, lead a development team, and ensure the quality of our solutions. What I enjoy most is building thoughtful systems — from UI layers to APIs and developer tooling.
I live in Warsaw and continue to grow as a software engineer. Outside of my day job, I work on personal projects and collaborate with clients as an independent developer. I'm happy to help bring ideas to life — whether you need an MVP or a refined production-grade solution.
If you're looking for someone who understands both technology and product — let's talk.
