PayPo Ecosystem

As part of my work on the PayPo ecosystem, I was involved in the creation and development of many key frontend applications — including the main website paypo.pl, transactional processes, backoffice panels, and other parts of the system. While I wasn't responsible for the backend layer, my role in the frontend was comprehensive.

was in charge of the architectural and visual consistency across all applications. I created shared patterns, standardized UI solutions, and integrated design components, which significantly reduced technical debt and streamlined the development of new features.

I co-created design systems, took part in refactoring initiatives, and supported other teams in implementing frontend best practices throughout the entire ecosystem.
